Please Note:  Due to the nature of the product we do not offer exchanges. We may offer a refund if the item is deemed sub standard by our team.

Any item purchased via a sale/coupon code or not at full price. 

No exchanges are given. Refunds will only be issued once the item has been deemed sub standard by our team. We will ask for proof of fault from you by way of photograph.

All shipping will be Royal Mail Tracked 48 hour and we charge £3.45. Free for orders over £20.00.

Unscrew the wooden lid to reveal the plastic stopper. 

Remove the stopper with care, avoiding any spillage or contact with any other materials/surfaces. 

Screw the wooden lid back on, and slightly tilt the bottle each way for 2-3 seconds. You will see the wood change to a darker colour. This means the diffuser lid is saturated with oils.

Hang diffuser in the desired place.

Ensure the item is not leaking or overly saturated. We take no responsibility for overly saturated items, or faults which stem from this.
